The Stratos took 10 years of development to achieve the first rope to withstand the UIAA Sharp Edge Drop Test. It provides climbers with the ultimate peace of mind.
The Stratos is a great all round activity rope. It is suitable for all grades of climbing and is a great rope for Sport Routes, Winter Climbing, Alpine, Big Wall, Rock Climbing and Expeditions.
Used by Centres, Guides and Instructor the world over. It’s Super Everdry / Perdur treatment gives it the ultimate protection and handling in both summer and winter. It’s 60 Metre length makes it suitable for climbing in the UK and abroad where routes and abseils tend to be longer.
As with all Edelweiss Climbing Ropes it has a unique (cube) weave pattern which gives a great feel and anti kinking control.
